Arroz Con Leche 1 c Rice
1 ea (2") cinnamon stick
3 c Water
ds Salt
14 oz Can condensed milk
Powdered cinnamon
Place rice, water, and cinnamon stick in a pot and cook until water is consumed and rice is soft. Add salt, condensed milk, and about 1 c water. Simmer about 10 mins. Should be smooth, not watery. Sprinkle with cinnamon when serving.
