Corn and Walnut Dip

16 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Lime juice
1 tb Ground red chiles
1 tb Cumin
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper 8 3/4 oz Whole kernel corn; drained
1 c Walnuts; chopped
1 sm Onion; chopped

Beat all ingredients except corn, walnuts and onion, in a large bowl, on medium speed, until smooth. Stir in corn, walnuts and onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
