Cheesy Chili For A Crowd

2 lb Ground beef
1 c Onion; chopped 14 1/2 oz Tomatoes, whole; undrained and cut up
15 oz Kidney beans; rinsed and drained
6 oz Tomato paste
1/2 c Water
3 tb Chili powder
2 ts Cumin
16 oz Cheez whiz
4 c Cooked pasta; such as rotini -macaroni or wagon wheels
8 oz Sour cream

Brown meat with onion on 4 qt dutch oven. Drain. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, water, chili powder and cumin. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in cheez whiz until melted. Spoon over macaroni. Top with sour cream.
