Cheese and Chile Quesadillas

2 c Shredded cheddar or monterey Jack
6 8" flour tortillas
4 oz ORTEGA diced green chiles, drained
1/2 c ORTEGA thick & chunky salsa
Prepared guacamole;
Sour cream;
Sliced pitted ripe olives; For garnish

Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese onto half of each flour tortilla; top each with 1 tablespoon chiles. Fold tortillas in half over filling, pressing gently. In skillet, over medium heat, heat 2 filled tortillas at a time for 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts. Cut each into 4 triangles. Top each triangle with 1 teaspoon salsa, guacamole, sour cream and olives. Microwave: On microwavable plate, heat 2 filled tortillas at high (100% power) for 1-1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve as above.
