Buttermilk Pie 1 Stick butter
2 c Sugar
5 Eggs
2 tb Flour
1 Lemon; juice of
1 c Buttermilk
Nutmeg; grated
1 Unbaked pie shell (10 inch)
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, lemon juice, vanilla and buttermilk, mixing thoroughly. Place in pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Dust with nutmeg.
