Seven Layer Mexican Dip 16 oz Sour Cream
1 cn Refried Beans, large
1/2 c Lettuce, shredded
4 Tomatoes, chopped
3 Scallions, chopped
3 Avacados, pureed
1 cn Olives, optional
1 pk Taco Seasoning mix
1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
16 oz Salsa
Place shredded lettuce on bottom of dish Mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix for second layer Chop tomatoes and place in dish for third layer Mix some salsa and the can of refried until creamy for fourth layer Mix avacadoes with some salsa for fifth layer Spread Monterey Jack Cheese on top for sixth layer Sprinkle Scallions on top for decorative purposes Seven Layer Mexican Dip printer friendly version located here.
