Best Of The Border Dry Rub

12 tb Salt
8 tb Black pepper
2 tb Chili powder
3 tb Garlic powder
3 tb Cayenne pepper
8 tb MSG, optional

Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container. Use as a rub for brisket. Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
