Pima Tortillas 2 c Flour
1 t Baking powder
1 t Salt
1/2 c Lard (for lightest results use lard not shortening)
3/4 c Water
Mix together flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in lard, add water sparingly, until soft dough forms. Flour board and roll out dough. Cut cakes 6 inches across and bake on lightly greased griddle. Turn frequently to brown on both sides.
