Barbequed Ribs

3 lb Country style pork ribs
2 c Mexican BBQ sauce OR 2 c BBQ sauce of your choice

Pour sauce over ribs and let marinate overnight, or at least 5 hrs. The longer the better. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place ribs in single layer in baking dish. Pour the extra sauce over ribs. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hr. Meanwhile, prepare fire in grill. Over med hot coals, place ribs on the grill, basting generously with juices from the bakin dish. Grill, turning frequently and basting generously, for 15-20 min., until the ribs are well-done, but not dried out. Serve with extra sauce on side.
