Kamut Chili 3 c Cooked Kamut -- drained
2 c Pinto beans (optional)
1 lg Onion -- chopped
1 Green bell pepper -- chopped
3 Garlic cloves -- chopped
3 ts Chili powder
2 ts Sea salt (optional)
2 c Tomato sauce
1 c Water
1 c Stewed tomatoes
4 dr Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 ts Cumin
Put all ingredients in a large cooking pot. Simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
